I'm On The Ledge, Of Glory

Another feature I discuss with my clients, is incorporating a ledge in lieu of open shelving. A slimline ledge (approx 100mm) looks elegant and minimal. It looks great done in the same stone as the bench-tops and splash-back.

It's a good alternative if you don't want to have overhead cabinets, or if you have a big space and want to display items.
